The Elsay WCHLINK burning downloader uses the Qinheng USB microcontroller, which has fast burning speed, no firmware loss, and can debug and burn most ARM COTEX-M core microcontrollers. ==Instructions for use==

Before powering on, short circuit the TX and GND pins to change the debugging mode

The constant blue light indicates ARM mode, and the constant blue light indicates RISC-V mode

The downloader supports virtual serial ports

After inserting the downloader, open the Device Manager and you will see a virtual serial port

1. Connect the SWD interface to the target microcontroller
